IT Support Specialist

We are looking for IT Support Specialist to join our troops. 
Experienced in handling the operation support for medium-sized organization in everyday IT tasks. End user service orientated person who likes to be around people and solving problems. Are you also interested in broadening your domain and technical knowledge? Just join our team!

Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on professional experience
  • Knowledge of OS’es (Window, macOS, Linux)
  • Experience in supporting end users
  • Very good English language communication skills
  • Fluent in Polish
  • "Can do" attitude, open mindset, excellent solving problems skills
  • Very strong organizational skills with a big emphasis on follow through

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Atlassian Administrator space (Jira software, Confluence, Service Desk)  


  • Supporting medium-sized organization in IT operations
  • Preparing hardware for new employees (Windows/macOS/Linux, Office 365)
  • Coordinating equipment and services purchase
  • Supporting projects with Atlassian toolset:
    - Creating and closing projects in JIRA/Service Desk
    - Creating and archiving spaces in Confluence
    - Managing users and privileges
